The Requirement

Jai Ho in Bishop’s Cleve, Cheltenham is the latest venture from restaurant group JM Socials. Opened in January the venue serves up Indian barbecue plates, and traditional Chai with a mantra of  'no fuss, just good vibes.'

The interior design blends deep green walls and tiling with decorative wallpaper panels, complemented by caramel leather seating and warm wood finishes. A key feature of the space is the bar area, where custom shelving and gracefully curved stem mounts for lighting have been designed and crafted by Zephyr Group. The metal work was envisioned looking like polished brass, to add to the warm and bright appearance.

Despite its name, this finish perfectly captured the polished brass look they were after, seamlessly integrating into the restaurant’s interior design. In fact, so good is the representation that one local media article described the metalwork as being brass.
