Meet the Team

When not looking after the operational strategy of Powdertech Giles is a past president of the Aluminium Federation (ALFED) and sits on the ALFED Board. 

Always a keen sportsman, Giles has hung up his running football boots in favour of walking football, which he tells us involves a lot more running that it should!

Richard looks after the sales and marketing strategy of Powdertech. His lockdown challenge to play the drums has continued into 2025 and his wire hair Dachshund, Wilf, is now entering into scent finding competitions.

Natalie joined us as Financial Controller in 2024 and was made a Director at the end of 2025. 

A qualified chartered accountant, Natalie has over 25 years’ finance experience in industry after training as an auditor with Grant Thornton. Her promotion to the board reflects not only Natalie's financial expertise, but the impact she has made through sound judgement and the ability to balance the detail with the bigger picture.

Natalie's favourite way to unwind is to top and tail the working day walking with beloved dog Harry.

Mike looks after the day to day operation of the business. Outside work he has 3 passions, cycling, skiing  and trains and often arrives at the office in lycra.

Jill is our expert in colour. From her extensive library of colours she will probably have the one you want and if not she can get it for you. 

"One of my favourite projects was Avebury Boulevard in Milton Keynes, we developed a completely new stone effect and the original sample is on the wall of our meeting room."

Kelly looks after the purchase and sales leger as well as being our front of house. When you call it will most likely be Kelly who answers the phone.

Kelly loves going to London and pointing out that one of the first buildings that you see at Kings Cross was powder coated by us.
