ALFED (Aluminium Federation) – The Aluminium Federation is the Trade Association which represents the interests of the UK aluminium industry.

Aluminium Finishing Association - The AFA was integrated into ALFED in 2015. Made up metal finishing companies and key organisations in the supply chain its remit is to ensure that a consistently high standard of finishing is available to the building and construction sector.

BSI British Standards Institute - The world's first national standards body a portfolio of over 27,000 British Standards, books and information products and services.

CAB (Council for Aluminium in Building) - The Council for Aluminium in Building’s aim is to support the interests of the architectural aluminium industry by encouraging the increasing use of aluminium products in architecture and in the construction industry as a whole.

CAB Residential Aluminium. An online resource giving positive, generic information about aluminium.

CWCT. Centre for Window and Cladding Technology. An industry funded Centre based in the City of Bath that sets industry standards and publish both standards and guidance

Galvanizers Association - Galvanizers Association is the source of free information and advice about the hot dip galvanizing process and the galvanizing industry.

International Standards Organisation - International Organization for Standardization is the world’s largest developer of voluntary International Standards.

Paint Research Association - PRA is a major surface coatings advisor and the essential connector to the global surface coatings community throughout the supply chain. A provider of independent knowledge based services since 1926.

Qualicoat - QUALICOAT is a quality label organisation committed to maintaining and promoting the quality of coating on aluminium and its alloys for architectural applications.

World-Aluminium  - A useful source of statistics about the global consupmtion of aluminium and environmental statistics.
